When serving food at your wedding, you can expect us to use biodegradable plates and utensils that are comprised of fallen palm leaves and corn starch. You can also count on us to recycle whatever we can and use compostable trash bags when cleaning up. If there are any leftover ingredients, we will make sure they are composted in our onsite composting facility right here in Philadelphia.
