12th Street Catering is delighted to introduce Founders Grove as our newest venue partner! Located in Magnolia, New Jersey, this private estate has carefully restored its beautiful eighteenth century architecture with contemporary design across six acres of lush gardens and native greenery.
In the heart of its serene floral gardens, the original farm and carriage house, built in 1743, have been thoughtfully renovated to bring an air of sophistication and modernity to this historic site.
The Carriage House, once used to store horse-drawn carriages, now serves as a warm reception hall and cocktail lounge with post-and-beam. Its open floor plan and two porch areas lend itself to al fresco dining and dancing spaces, anchored by a built-in bar for soirees and rehearsal luncheons. Just above, an exclusive, wedding guest accessible loft outfitted with vintage games and a shuffleboard table offers a relaxed retreat for couples to relax while the party is preparing on-site.
Steps away, the Farmhouse has been restored to highlight the luxurious quality of its craftsmanship. Its wide plank pine wood floors in the dining room and elegant chandeliers decorating the main floor inspire the space with historical vintage beauty and rustic charm.
