The Maas Building
Steeped in character, the Maas Building, originally built as a brewery in 1859, became a trolley car repair shop, and finally took its current form in 2008. Part of the burgeoning Kensington Arts District, the restoration incorporates modern ideas into the existing industrial structure. The Maas Building features two event spaces and a patio and garden for indoor-outdoor events.
